MAKING A PURCHASE

Right Heating is committed to customer satisfaction and ease of shopping on our website. To endorse this philosophy we have made our website extremely customer friendly and consumer focused. To make a purchase on our website please browse our extensive range of products by utilising all the search facilities, once you have made your choice insert your items into the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout screen to finalise and pay for your purchase.


SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Some items on our website are classified as special order items; this term means that these items are made to the customer’s specific request. Once these special items have been ordered and confirmed they cannot be cancelled or returned. Right Heating will always inform you that you have ordered a special item and ask you if you wish to proceed with the order under this agreement.


PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card. We accept all major cards as payment including visa, MasterCard, switch, solo, delta and American express. If paying by cheque, items will be delivered once we have received clear funds.

Cheques are to be made payable to Right Supply Group.
Right Heating is delighted to be working in conjunction with HSBC with their secure online payment processing system. Working with a global bank we are able to offer our customers the very best up to date technology including the most sophisticated encryption codes to ensure our secure payment process protects all our customers against fraudulent activity.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery times may vary; most items are available for next day delivery, where as others can range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on product availability. Whenever possible we will aim to deliver your goods within 10 working days.

 

Special order items may be in excess of 3 weeks. We will always contact you to inform you of any prolonged delivery schedule. In these instances we will seek confirmation from you that this is acceptable and that you wish to proceed with your order.

Goods will be despatched from a local depot. We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

 

DELIVERY COST

Right Heating offers a FREE UK mainland delivery service (England, Scotland & Wales). On rare occasions some manufacturers will insist on charging for carriage. In these instances we will contact you to advise you of the cost and will seek confirmation that you wish to proceed with your order.

Offshore UK residents purchasing products will incur a carriage cost per delivery. In these instances we will contact you to advise you of the cost and will seek confirmation that you wish to proceed with your order.

 

UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS AND DELAYS WITH DELIVERY

In the unfortunate case of delay caused by a supplier or manufacturer, Right Heating has the right to either suspend or cancel delivery without liability. Examples of delays include; strike, lockout, riot, working difficulties, transportation delays, fire or failure of suppliers or manufacturers in delivery times.

 

TAX

All prices quoted on the website include VAT at the prevailing rate. The current VAT rate is 17.5%.

INVOICING

An invoice will be sent after payment has cleared and when the order has been processed.

 

CREDIT & DEBIT CARD SECURITY

Right Heating customer credit and debit card transactions are processed by HSBC using their secure ePayments system. HSBC Secure ePayments is a secure and safe way to make your credit & debit card payments online or by telephone with Right Heating. When using the secure online payment service you will be directed to the official HSBC secure site to make your payment. Right Heating does not have access to, or keep, any customer card details.

 

GUARANTEE

All our products come with a manufacturer guarantee.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements. Goods that are not required can be returned providing they are in the original packaging and are in a saleable condition, for example unopened. A restocking charge of up to 25% will apply unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the condition of the goods when delivered. In the unlikely event that goods delivered have been received damaged or faulty, please contact Right Heating within 3 working days after the date of delivery. Failure to notify Right Heating within this timeframe may result in products not being replaced or a refund given.

Special order and made to order products will not be accepted for return.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after delivery. Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.

This does not apply to special order and made to order products.

INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

All details given including price, colour, size or specification are shown in good faith as given to us by the manufacturers, if for any reason these are not found to be correct, Right Heating will not be bound to honour any orders given. If a price is found to be incorrect a new price shall be submitted and if this price is unacceptable then the contract shall be cancelled, with a refund if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Right Heating does not disclose any customer information to third parties. Cookies are only used on the site to keep track of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. Data collated from the site will be used to take and fulfil customer orders, we will only disclose name and address details to suppliers for delivery purposes; these suppliers comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We reserve the right to change our security and privacy policies at any time. Accordingly we recommend that you check this page periodically in order to review our current policies.
