WHAT PANEL RADIATOR
DO I NEED TO CHOOSE?

Panel radiators come in various sizes, types and designs.
Heights range from 300mm to 700mm and lengths of
radiators start from 300mm and go to 3000mm. There
are also 3 different types of panel radiator, Seam Top,
Compact and Round top:

SEAM TOP
Steel panel radiator featuring a welded seam along the
top of the radiator.

For example: Quinn Compact or Stelrad Elite.

COMPACT
Seam top radiators with factory fitted side panels and grilles.

For example: Quinn Compact or Stelrad Compact.

ROUND TOP
Steel panel radiators featuring a curved profile on the
top of the radiator.

For example: Quinn Compact or Myson Premier HE.

CONVECTORS
The last element in radiator design is “Convectors.”
steel panel radiators need convector design to generate
efficient heat circulation, the newly warmed air rises from
the radiator then cool air is pulled up through the
convectors and heated.

Here are the 3 types of convector radiators:

K1 – SINGLE PANEL SINGLE
CONVECTOR RADIATOR.

P+ – DOUBLE PANEL SINGLE
CONVECTOR RADIATOR.

K2 – DOUBLE PANEL DOUBLE
CONVECTOR RADIATOR.
