Stock Availability
Availability of stock varies. A guide to general availability is displayed
on each product specification. Please contact our customer services
either by telephone or email if you would like exact availability
of a product. Please have the delivery post code to hand when you
contact us.
Delivery
We can provide a fast and efficient delivery service either direct
to your home, the site where the equipment is to be installed or
to business premises.
Standard FREE UK Mainland Delivery
We offer a Standard FREE UK Mainland Delivery Service
on most of our orders, although some smaller items will be sent via
Royal Mail or via Postal Courier.
Our FREE Standard UK Mainland Delivery Service
is from *Monday to Friday at the following times:
AM Delivery: between 08:00 and 12:00
PM Delivery: between 12:00 and 17:00
The delivery requires a signature; therefore someone needs to be at
the shipping address between the chosen times to take delivery.
No goods will be delivered without Right Heating contacting
you first to arrange a convenient delivery date.
In some rare cases Right Heating will incur a carriage charge for
supply of some materials, in this instance Right Heating will contact
you to make you aware of the charge and whether you wish
to proceed with your order. Right Heating always ensure that
we do not pass on any unnecessary costs onto our customers,
although on occasions manufacturers do insist on a charge
for supply of some materials.
UK Islands and Highlands
For UK Islands and Highlands please contact our Customer Services to
establish whether we can deliver to your area and whether any extra
cost is involved. Please have the delivery post code to hand when you
contact us.
