The boilers featured on the website are all High Efficiency Boilers which is in accordance to Part L of the Building Regulations that relate to the conservation of fuel and power. This Regulation states that Gas-fired boilers installed after 1 April 2005, and oil-fired boilers installed after 1 April 2007, must be condensing boilers, whether they are replacements or new installations.

Its compact all-in-one design gives you the best of both worlds. The CD50 does not need a storage tank or a separate cylinder for hot water, saving on pipe work and loft space.
