The boilers featured on the website are all High Efficiency Boilers which is in accordance to Part L of the Building Regulations that relate to the conservation of fuel and power. This Regulation states that Gas-fired boilers installed after 1 April 2005, and oil-fired boilers installed after 1 April 2007, must be condensing boilers, whether they are replacements or new installations.

The Baxi Megaflo System HE also works with central heating and indirect hot water systems. Its neat, compact design and low lift weight are ideal for fitting in unventilated cupboards, and it comes with a wall mounting frame and integral isolating valves for easy pre-plumbing.
